Bethany Corrugated Lefse Rolling Pin - Grooved

Bethany Housewares specialized rolling pin made of hard maple. Use this traditional corrugated rolling pin for making potato lefse. The pin is needed to make those authentic markings on your lefse rounds! Why use a corrugated rolling pin? Unbelievably, it helps to push your lefse dough out, getting it thinner and thinner. Be sure to prep your corrugated rolling pin with flour (pack in all the grooves) between each sheet of lefse you roll. Some lefse cooks like to use rolling pin covers with corrugated pins.

Materials: Hard Maplewood
Measurements: 2 3/4" x 17 1/4". 
Care Instructions: Dust out all the flour with a stiff-bristled brush before washing in warm soapy water, allow to air dry completely.
