These come as a set of 2. The cookie whisks are standard with all mixers for use with the plastic bowl. You can also purchase an extra set. These are for soft batters suck as cake mixers, small batches of soft cookies, as well for creaming soft butter or cream cheese. Always use at a slow setting till all ingredients are incorporated.
