Each standard unit comes with four – 1″ deep trays and two – 1.25″ deep trays, for a total capacity of 7 sq. feet of drying area.

You can expand this capacity by purchasing add-on tray sets that include 2 trays per set. Use deep trays for drying out thicker items & for making yogurt etc.
