Great for Muffins!      Must be used with the metal driver.
Cake Paddles are designed with fewer tines than standard wire whips, allowing you to thoroughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air. They are Ideal for quick bread recipes, such as muffins and pancakes, which can become tough and chewy if over mixed. These do not include the metal drive (which is needed).  If you do not have a metal driver please order MUZ6KP2.
