Model 01785, is the Canadian Model.   The gauge on the American model # 01784,  can be checked locally in the US but cannot be checked locally in Canada.

Designed for easy, confident home pressure canning. The only method recommended is safe for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Doubles as a boiling water canner for fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa. The air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly. Prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. Gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Adjustable regulator maintains 5 lb, 10 lb, or 15 lb pressure. Stainless steel-clad base. Easy-to-follow instructions and bilingual recipes are included. 21 L capacity. 17.5" W x 13.5" D x 15.5" H.
